Once registered and logged in, here are the steps to create your Knowledge Avatar.

  1. Click Create Knowledge Avatars at the top of the screen. The Create Knowledge Avatars form guides you through how to create your Knowledge Avatar.
  2. Your bot is ready to answer questions, but you may want to train it with your knowledge!
    1. You train your bot with your knowledge by adding concepts. Select New Concept at the top of the screen. Each new concept is another piece of knowledge for your bot.
