Definition
An email is a written communication enscribed electronically (typed on a computer device) that is addressed to a person or organization by use of typing in an email address and delivered electronically through a computer network. It can be formal or informal.
How To Write An Email: Type in the email address or addresses of the primary recipient or recipients in the To field.
Type in the email address or addresses of an additional recipeint or recipients that are not the primary recipients but you'd like to be informed of the information in your email in the CC field.
Type in the overall topic of the email in the Subject field.
Type in your message, similar to that of a letter, in the main body text box.
Your messagey should include: Greeting, Body (message to communicate including note of any attachments), Close, Signature, and Postscript (P.S.)
